Marian D’Unger is both a custom home builder and quality construction advocate. She teaches classes to realtors in new residential construction and was responsible for the creation of the certification curriculum offered by the Texas Real Estate Commission, N.H.C.S., as a continuing education program for realtors.
Marian has used her diverse background as fashion designer, petroleum land-manager, public relations spokes-person, and a faculty advisor to Texas A&I University
Marian serves on advisory boards and organizations which promote business and commerce in the residential housing market. Marian has been a speaker at the RE/MAX National Convention and the State Conventions. She formally hosted the hour long weekly radio talk show, “The Home Star Real Estate Hour” broadcast from Dallas, Texas.
Marian is first and foremost a realtor. In any venue, Marian is routinely first or at the top of the list of top producing realtors in the Dallas metropolis. Marian was one of the top realtors featured in “D Magazine” in THE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN DALLAS 2008.
Marian is married to a Dallas attorney, Gerald D’Unger. They live in Coppell, Texas. She has two daughters, Alana and Lauren, and three grandchildren.
